Company Bio
Ken Krumdieck began building custom homes in the mid 1960’s as a sole proprietor. The company incorporated in 1981, then having three principle owners, Ken Krumdieck, Bob Sommerlot, and Mike Neely, each responsible for one of the three key departments: General Administration/Sales, Custom Cabinetry, and Construction Management. Ken Krumdieck retired in 1990 and Bob in 2006. Today, Mike Neely continues the tradition of providing custom building services keeping the same high standards for quality and customer care.
